My human is doing something again.
The wrinkled red fruits (*salted plum) are separated into pulp and seeds, and packed in bottles.
Fruit only and Seeds only.
Originaly, they were honey jars. (They have slight honey smell)
*The plastic container is not easy to use, so it is replaced.
She eats the pulp daily with rice, cheese, and sticky- stinky-beans wrapped in a black sheet. I really don't understand why it's so good. They are mysterious creatures. Well, I want some cheese, though.
Seeds in jars are like candy when they want some treats. Humans are creepy. But I envy them having so much stuff to eat. I think it's unfair. That's all I have today. Bunji
I like umeboshi rice balls, so I sort out the ume meat without the seeds and the umeboshi seeds.
If you use plum meat, it will be easier to cook later. Umeboshi seeds are a substitute for mintia for me. Umeboshi packs are plastic and environmentally destructive, so I wish they were sold in bottles from the beginning.
